Remuneration: £30,000-£35,000 Basic £55,000-£65,000 OTE

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Kitchens will involve:

Field sales role selling our clients manufactured range of kitchens
Selling into predominantly independent retail showrooms
Smaller element of dealing with builders merchants and regional housebuilders
Initially this role is 100% focused on new business development, although will become more account management after the first 6 months
Tasked with growing revenue up to £100,000 in the first 6 months
On boarding 15-20 independent retail showrooms initially to achieve run rate target
Typically 3-4 days a week on the road, remainder working from home
Ideally 4-5 meaningful customer visits a day when on the road

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Kitchens with:

Must come from the KBB market, ideally kitchens
Contacts within independent retail showrooms
Field sales experience having sold into independent retail showroom customers
New business hunter
Resilient and relentless approach
Thrives on winning new clients and driving revenue growth
Driven and results-oriented
Organised, methodical, good journey planner
Well presented
